Check Point Software in Mexico City is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as the post-sales technical advisor for enterprise customers, translating security challenges into business outcomes and guiding adoption of endpoint security products.

You will own escalations, partner with Sales, Support, and Engineering, and help customers realize value through data-driven reviews, enablement programs, and strategic guidance.

Formación

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Security Engineering, or related roles.
• Experience managing enterprise customer relationships.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to CIOs, CISOs and other executives.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, and Zero Trust.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary post-sales technical advisor and trusted partner for assigned customers.
• Drive adoption, engagement, and renewal through strategic account planning.
• Own and resolve critical customer escalations from identification through closure.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Engineering, Product Management, and Security teams to address complex issues.
• Translate security challenges into business-focused recommendations and outcomes.
