Proofpoint in Mexico City is seeking a proactive Professional Services Consultant to lead implementations of Proofpoint solutions at enterprise customers. You will manage technical relationships and work with senior IT stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.

Joining a global team, you will install, configure, troubleshoot, train customers, and document best practices while coordinating with internal groups to resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in large systems design and enterprise email implementations.
• UNIX system administration experience.
• Broad technical knowledge of Internet products and technologies.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, SMTP, IMAP, RFC822, LDAP, PKI.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routers and networking components.
• Strong Sendmail and messaging infrastructure admin experience.
• Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and politics.
• Proficient in English, plus Spanish or Portuguese for tech and non-tech communication.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with newly signed enterprise customers as a Proofpoint product expert to implement solutions remotely.
• Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customization, testing, and documentation.
• Deliver training to customers and partners.
• Provide technical expertise in designs, proofs of concept, and implementations.
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Voice customer needs to Marketing and Engineering to improve deployments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and complete projects.
• Define and document best practices and architectures for broad field use.
