Check Point Software is hiring a Managed Services Consultant for the Network Security group in Mexico. You will perform at an advanced level on the Check Point security platform, including policy management, upgrades, troubleshooting, and administration.

The role focuses on delivering remote, high-level support across diverse client environments. Core responsibilities include configuring and upgrading NGFW, IPS, UTM, DLP, VPN, and other security products, plus facilitating onboarding and network

Formación

• Evidence of strong networking fundamentals and problem solving.
• Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience supporting security platforms in customer environments.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, manage, and upgrade NGFW, IPS, UTM, DLP, VPN, and related appliances.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and problem resolution across multiple networks.
• Participate in on-call rotation and delivery of project deliverables.
• Assist in onboarding activities to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Maintain high level of customer service and proactive issue resolution.
