Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst in Strategic Finance & Analytics to drive decision support and insights across the company.

The role partners with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product and Enterprise Data to deliver critical reports, dashboards and AI-enabled analytics for leadership. You will develop SQL queries, create dashboards, and push forward AI-based automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate metrics and forecasting.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering or related degree; Masters is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills and experience building financial models and automated reports.

Responsabilités

• Regularly report findings and key metrics to leadership to guide decision-making.
• Build decks and dashboards to generate insights using your technical skills and business acumen.
• Develop SQL queries and conduct ad hoc analyses to understand trends and drivers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align metrics definitions and analyses.
• Partner with the Enterprise Data and Analytics team on requirements and analysis.
• Use AI to automate processes to scale analytics and decision support.
