The Senior Analyst plays an essential role in delivering strategic business analysis services to our partners. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the strategic context and processes of both our organization and our clients' businesses. The role involves close collaboration with business units to gain deep insights into customer needs, services, and the business roadmap.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a four-year college or university, with two to four years of related experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use descriptive statistics and predictive analytics to translate data into business insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of technical and business experts.
• Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
• Proven ability in project/solutions implementation, from opportunity identification to ROI follow-through.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in analysis and solution proposals.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Creative problem-solving and innovative solution development.
• Willingness to align with a North American work schedule and work onsite as needed.
• Exposure to Python, SQL, Databricks, and familiarity with machine learning concepts.
• Experience using AI tools for solutions and knowledge of Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
