UST is seeking a strong Business Analyst to support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights. You will translate business needs into data requirements, perform hands-on analysis with Snowflake and SQL, and collaborate with offshore delivery teams.

Strong stakeholder communication and ownership are essential. The role emphasizes independent research, use of AI tools to boost productivity, and understanding of financial/data domains.

Formación

• Strong Business Analysis capabilities.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements and communicating with stakeholders.
• Hands-on SQL experience.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake.
• Ability to independently research and analyze data.
• Experience coordinating with distributed/offshore delivery teams.
• Ability to communicate between business and technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset with limited supervision.
• Experience with AI tools or AI-enabled solutions for analysis and productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business needs, requirements, issues, and analytical use cases with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into clear functional and data requirements for the delivery team.
• Coordinate with offshore team and provide requirement clarification and guidance.
• Independently research, investigate, and analyze data to answer business questions.
• Perform hands-on data analysis using Snowflake and SQL.
• Identify data relationships, gaps, and propose solutions.
• Bridge between business and technical teams across delivery channels.
• Take ownership of analysis and follow-through rather than relying on engineers.
