Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Services & Customer Order and Fulfillment preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate order management: process order intake and input into internal systems.
• Connect to customer portals and systems; may support forecasting, billing and collection.
• Serve as the key contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with operations to communicate commits and status to customers.
• Possible aviation-specific sales activities for assigned customers.
• Develop conceptual knowledge of the professional discipline and apply established procedures.
