• Ability to analyze, plan, document and execute programs.

• Provide technical expertise and develop technical solutions for pre-ITO processes.
• Interface with the commercial team and understand client needs and economics.
• Define scope, schedule, cost and performance estimates for projects.
• Document technical specifications and costing elements for contract execution.
