PwC Mexico is seeking a Generalist - Manager - Consulting to lead strategic initiatives within our Acceleration Center Mexico. You will work with clients across geographies to shape growth and transformation, guiding teams in advisory, assurance, tax, and business services.

You will drive strategic planning, mentor junior staff, and ensure project success while fostering innovation and collaboration within a global, inclusive environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Leading strategic planning and execution of business transformation initiatives
• Conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify business opportunities
• Guiding teams in developing customer experience strategies and solutions
• Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process improvement and profitability management
