PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks a Strategy Generalist to support and lead workstreams across a variety of strategic initiatives, including growth and market entry, operating model and organizational design, go-to-market, performance improvement, and digital/technology-enabled transformation.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to diagnose challenges, develop data-driven recommendations, and deliver high-quality, executive-ready outputs.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in strategy, corporate strategy, business analysis or transformation roles.

Responsabilidades

• Structure and execute analyses to address client problems (market, competitor, customer, and financial analysis).
• Build business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic options and quantify impact.
• Develop clear, compelling storylines and client-ready materials (presentations, memos, dashboards).
• Lead and/or support workstreams, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies with a PMO mindset.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with client stakeholders.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations, KPIs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support operating model design (processes, roles, governance) and change management activities.
• Partner with technology, data, and functional teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Contribute to proposals, pursuits, and thought leadership; help shape points of view by industry.
• Uphold quality standards, data integrity, and confidentiality across all deliverables.
