Zendesk is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead the most complex client projects and drive successful outcomes. You will balance leadership, strategic thinking, and advanced project management to inspire teams and guide engagements from inception to delivery.

You will mentor junior managers, help refine delivery methodologies, and collaborate across sales, product, and marketing. Willingness to travel up to 15% is required in this fast-paced, SaaS-focused environment.

Formación

• Over 5+ years of proven experience in client-facing roles in a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience mentoring team members and advancing organizational capabilities.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with both clients and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements as the primary point of contact for major clients, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery of complex projects from inception through completion within budget and quality constraints.
• Contribute to refinement of delivery methodologies to boost efficiency across engagements.
• Mentor junior engagement managers and other team members for continuous improvement.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Provide strategic oversight and alignment with client objectives and internal goals.
• Support proposals and contract negotiations to close opportunities.
• Maintain industry expertise to position Zendesk as a leader in customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments for cohesive execution.
• Manage projects and portfolios profitably for internal and external priorities.
