Zendesk is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead our most strategic client engagements from inception through delivery. You will steer project teams, foster executive relationships, and continuously improve delivery methodologies while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure client success and sustainable growth within a fast-paced, SaaS-focused environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in client-facing roles in a consultancy or professional services environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple engagements concurrently.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management; Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-value client engagements and act as primary client contact at all levels, including executives.
• Oversee delivery of complex projects from start to finish within budget, scope, and quality targets.
• Contribute to evolving delivery methodologies for greater efficiency and impact.
• Mentor junior engagement managers and team members to build capability.
• Identify risks and mitigations; resolve blockers to keep projects on track.
• Support business development through proposals and contract negotiations as needed.
• Maintain industry awareness to advise clients and position Zendesk as a delivery leader.
