Jobgether is seeking a senior Technical Delivery Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote, full-time role. You will own end-to-end delivery across client engagements, balancing people, technology, scope, risks, and delivery economics to ensure predictable outcomes.

You will coach delivery teams, align with Customer Success, Solution Architects, QA, and DevOps, and identify opportunities for innovation, including AI use cases, while maintaining focus on business value.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in software delivery environments and leading delivery execution
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and architecture
• Hands-on Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiar with Azure, AWS, or GCP and DevOps practices
• Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple engagements
• Proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalents
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teams
• People management and performance decision capabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Able to balance speed, quality, and business value

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery across client engagements, planning, scope, and on-time outcomes
• Lead delivery rhythms: sprint planning, backlog, releases, risks, dependencies
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and technical direction
• Translate client needs into technical direction and value
• Lead product demos and client-facing sessions
• Act as primary delivery lead across engagements with management responsibilities
• Manage resource allocation and capacity across concurrent engagements
• Establish delivery governance, KPIs, and reporting
• Identify and mitigate delivery and technical risks
• Monitor delivery economics and account health signals
• Coach and develop delivery team members and leads
• Foster a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Architects, QA, DevOps
• Serve as escalation point for delivery issues
• Communicate progress in business value terms
• Identify risks, opportunities, and AI use cases for client outcomes
• Support leadership decisions on performance and growth
