Corus Consulting an Alten Company in Mexico seeks a Senior Change & Release Management Analyst to support an IT Change Management Automation project within a regulated environment. You will own end-to-end release activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployments.

The role requires 5+ years in release/change management or IT operations, ServiceNow experience, and strong English and Spanish skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, IT Operations, or PMO.
• Experience in complex or highly regulated environments.
• ServiceNow experience, especially Change & Release modules.
• Knowledge of ITSM / Change & Release Management best practices.
• Experience with MS Office and Power BI.
• Good understanding of networks, servers, databases, cloud, and security.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end release lifecycle.
• Maintain release calendars, change windows, dependencies, and deployment plans.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, QA, SRE, and business teams.
• Ensure release readiness and coordinate go-live activities.
• Prepare stakeholder communications and release notes.
• Track Change & Release KPIs, analyze trends, and identify risks.
• Support post-release reviews, incidents, and lessons learned.
• Ensure alignment with ITSM practices and regulatory requirements.
