ALTEN Mexico is seeking a Jr Change and Process Engineer to analyze data for future vehicle programs and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will support and enforce global change coordination processes and manage timing and approvals with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a relevant engineering degree and 2 years of project/change management experience, with strong analytical, communication and detail-oriented skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive systems, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in project and changes management.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector is a good plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and deliver information for future model vehicle programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication.
• Implement global change coordination processes via mandated tools.
• Support change coordination meetings and enforce processes.
• Track inputs, deliverables and approvals with due dates.
• Facilitate timing agreements between suppliers, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Program coordination.
