Minimum Qualifications:

1. 7+ years of experience in software release management for enterprise SaaS applications and in-house developed applications preferred.
2. Detailed understanding of deployment, configuration, testing and release management processes based on agile software delivery principles.
3. Experience with CI/CD pipelines including tools like GitHUB and Jenkins preferred.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate release plans and dependencies to business stakeholders and technical personnel.
5. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and/or other collaboration software systems preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Schedule, coordinate, manage and deploy software releases.
2. Manage risks and resolve challenges that impact release scope, quality, and schedules.
3. Lead product deployments during designated off-peak hours.
4. Continually analyze and adjust the release process to meet the growing needs of the organization.
5. Produce deployment, implementation, and run-book plans.
6. Plan and communicate the release calendar by working closely with a cross-functional group of representatives.
7. Assist Product Owners in identifying and managing inter-dependencies and timing concerns to ensure seamless delivery.
8. Work with Product Management to ensure roadmaps seamlessly align with release schedules.
9. Work with relevant development teams to add, improve, and refine processes and automation tools.
10. Manage organizational release readiness by working with the various technical and business departments.
11. Measure and monitor delivery progress to ensure software releases are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectations.
12. Facilitate release meetings, release readiness reviews, go/no-go meetings, and retrospectives.
13. Maintain documentation related to procedures on the build and release processes.
14. Maintain CMDB Mappings and maintenance.
15. AVEKSA Automation and Recertifications.
16. Password updates for ALL applications - includes Inhouse applications.
17. App Dynamics configurations and monitoring.
