RS Group in Monterrey seeks a Change Manager to lead organizational change across business, process, and technology initiatives, applying ACMP standards.

You will partner with leaders, manage resistance, and drive readiness and adoption using structured methodologies, communications, and training in a complex environment.

The role emphasizes measurable outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and building change capability across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related discipline preferred.
• Formal change training or certification required (LaMarsh, Prosci, APMG, Kotter, etc.).
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification required no later than 6 months after hire.
• Additional certifications in project management, agile methodologies, or organizational development are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of change management strategies aligned with ACMP standards.
• Conduct impact, readiness, and stakeholder analyses to identify adoption risks and mitigation plans.
• Partner with leaders, sponsors, and HR to ensure alignment and sponsorship across the change lifecycle.
• Develop targeted communications and training plans to support preparedness and proficiency.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple projects to ensure consistent messaging and adoption.
• Define and track change adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote standardized change management templates and tools across the organization.
