Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Strategy & Change Delivery team in Mexico City. You will lead delivery across programs within Operations, coordinating with regional stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-efficient execution and alignment with the Global HSBC Change Framework.

The role requires deep knowledge of ISO 20022, payments and SWIFT messages, and fluent English and Spanish. You will manage a portfolio of initiatives, drive governance, and support transformation

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of ISO 20022, payments and SWIFT messages.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Proven change management experience within a large organization.
• Process flow documentation and mapping experience.
• Strong operational trade lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage milestones from inception to implementation for strategic, regulatory or BAU initiatives within Operations.
• Engage with regional stakeholders and S&CD teams across the region.
• Log milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests in Clarity; monitor delivery risks.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholder groups to capture and trace business requirements.
• Apply HSBC Change Framework (HCF) governance across projects and initiatives.
