Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering leadership across mobile and web platforms.
• Experience leading multiple teams in a global or matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of modern web/mobile architectures, API and event integrations, cloud platforms, CI/CD, testing and observability.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering strategy and execution roadmap for digital and integration platforms.
• Guide architecture for web and mobile apps, backend-for-frontend services and integrations.
• Translate product priorities into executable plans, balancing speed, quality and technical debt.
• Define service contracts and end-to-end ownership across digital journeys with API platforms teams.
• Embed secure development practices, automated testing, and continuous delivery into delivery lifecycle.
• Oversee non-functional quality across performance, resilience, accessibility, privacy and production support.
• Establish release, incident and service-management practices using insights to drive improvements.
• Evaluate modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development within guardrails.
• Manage budgets, capacity and vendor outcomes to improve flow and cost effectiveness.
