Rapido Solutions Group in Guadalajara and León is seeking a results-driven Bulk Carrier Sales Representative to source, negotiate, and secure bulk carriers including tanker, pneumatic, and ISO tank capacity to move freight efficiently. You will bridge operations, carrier relationships, and safety compliance, driving volume and profitability while meeting tight deadlines.

This role requires hands-on sourcing, strong negotiation, and excellent communication in a dynamic logistics environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of direct bulk transportation experience (tank truck, pneumatic, or ISO tanks).
• Proven track record in carrier sales, dispatching, or freight brokerage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a robust network of bulk carriers across tank truck, pneumatic, and ISO tank capacity.
• Source capacity via databases and cold calls; negotiate rates and terms.
• Coordinate pickup/delivery, monitor transit, and ensure service quality.
• Ensure safety compliance, carrier qualifications, and insurance requirements.
