Job summary

Arrive Logistics is seeking a Mexico Carrier Account Representative based in Guadalajara to grow our cross-border carrier network and service levels. You will build relationships with trucking companies, manage paperwork, and use Arrive tools to optimize capacity for Mexico-bound freight.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year cross-border experience, strong communication in English and Spanish, and a proactive, results-driven mindset within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Carrier sales or brokering experience preferred.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Cover the Mexico cross-border load board and pre-booking target.
• Source new and existing dedicated business opportunities.
• Make outbound calls to Mexico and U.S.-based carriers.
• Learn Arrive resources and tools (NextGen, Load Board, Carrier Search).
• Collect paperwork and manage accounting-related activities.
• Build a portfolio of at least 15 carriers and seven core carriers.
• Contact 12 unique carriers daily and post trucks weekly capacity.
• Build relationships with Arrive’s Business Development and Operations teams.
• Handle and resolve freight issues including missed pickups/deliveries.
