Vistance Networks is seeking a Business Operations Analyst in Tijuana to manage the enterprise order backlog from entry to ship readiness. You will prioritize backlog fulfillment, coordinate across Sales, PLM, Logistics and Finance, and provide clear status, risks and recovery actions to drive OTIF/OTP targets while maintaining data integrity.

This role supports NPI & EOL backlog alignment and ensures accurate order scheduling within the current supply plan.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize and fulfill the order backlog to align with business goals.
• Monitor orders through full lifecycle from entry to shipment readiness; resolve holds and data issues.
• Lead internal alignment across PLM, Sales, Logistics, Finance, Supply/ Demand Planning; escalate issues impacting fulfillment.
• Maintain transparent backlog reporting and track drivers of OTIF/OTP performance.
• Support order integrity and master data updates to enable reliable ATP/aATP results.
