Autoliv in Mexico is seeking a Customer Planning Advanced Specialist to ensure demand fulfillment and create plans that cover 100% of deliveries, enabling timely shipments. You will analyze customer demand, develop Master Production Schedule with production, shipping and supply chain partners, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining FG inventory targets.

Strong JDE and Excel skills, plus APICS knowledge, are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Demand Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain roles.
• Proficiency in JDE and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and planning activities.
• APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) preferred, with a solid understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling principles.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to conduct business discussions and collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams; flexibility to support varying schedules and business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer demand and develop production plans that align manufacturing capacity with customer requirements while ensuring on-time delivery.
• Manage Finished Goods (FG) inventory levels to support customer demand, inventory targets, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Shipping, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the execution of an achievable Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Monitor and validate customer demand requirements, identifying discrepancies and communicating necessary adjustments to relevant stakeholders.
• Lead escalation and recovery actions for potential shortages or delayed shipments, coordinating mitigation plans, premium freight activities, and customer communications to prevent production disruptions.
