Vertiv is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to coordinate demand planning activities, translating forecasts into material requirements to ensure availability on the right date. The role focuses on LATAM stock, ERP parameters, and improving inventory metrics to meet business objectives.

You will analyze demand, verify stock, create requisitions, monitor open orders, and support KPI reporting. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is essential, with VBA and Power BI a plus.

Formación

• Degree in engineering, logistics, inventory management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in material planning, inventory management, or related role.
• 1.5+ years of experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze demand, verify LATAM stock availability and create material requisitions if needed.
• Verify requested dates and plan supply chain to meet demand and customer needs.
• Follow up open purchase requisition requests and manage backlog.
• Ensure ERP parameters: safety stock, min order quantity, delivery time.
• Create inventory actions and support execution to hit ITO and inventory goals.
• Report inventory statistics and suggest improvements to control.
• Avoid financial impacts from slow or non-moving materials.
• Control open orders and ensure CRD achievement.
• Lead key projects and update KPI reports.
• Identify and automate routine processes.
