DiDi Global is seeking a Strategy Business Partner Senior Analyst to turn data into strategic decisions for LatAm operations, including DiDi Food. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and drive efficiency.

You will use SQL, Python, and BI tools to craft insights, monitor KPIs, and present actionable recommendations to leadership, contributing to growth in a fast-paced mobility platform.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years in strategy, consulting, or data analytics, preferably in tech, consulting, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive approach to improvement.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary source of data-driven insights for SBP Manager and City Manager.
• Analyze datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends and efficiencies across DiDi Food.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to keep the business on track.
• Lead strategic projects from ideation to execution with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and improve processes.
• Present insights to stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations.
