DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico seeks a Strategy Business Partner Senior Analyst to turn data into actionable strategy. You’ll work with Latam cross-functional teams to drive initiatives, unlock efficiencies, and influence growth with data-driven recommendations.

You will analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R, monitor KPIs, lead strategic projects from ideation to execution, and present insights to senior leadership to align with business goals.

Formación

• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience presenting insights to senior leadership and driving initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary source of data-driven insights for SBP Manager and City Manager.
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends and efficiencies across DiDi Food.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to keep the business on track to goals.
• Lead strategic projects from ideation to execution with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and optimize processes.
• Develop and deliver presentations translating data into clear, actionable insights.
