HBX Group is seeking an OTC Officer – Strategic Accounts Collections to manage a portfolio of high‑value customers across the Americas. You will drive cash collection, resolve disputes, and maintain strong relationships with Commercial, Finance, Risk, Billing, and Customer Service teams.

You will work with ERP systems and analytics to improve collection performance, mitigate risks, and support working capital objectives in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, or Order-to-Cash operations.
• Experience managing large, strategic or multinational accounts.
• Advanced English communication skills desirable.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics; SAP BRIM is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of strategic, high‑value accounts across the Americas region.
• Drive timely collection of outstanding invoices and meet cash collection targets.
• Conduct payment reviews and collection meetings to resolve balances.
• Monitor payment trends and identify risks; coordinate with risk teams.
• Analyze aging and collection performance and report insights for improvements.
