Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery in Mexico City seeks an experienced OTC professional to support cash application, customer accounts, and contract adherence. You will improve working capital and provide updates on collections within the Order to Cash workstream for Advertising, Affiliate, and Streaming.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, fluent English, and SAP/S4 Hana familiarity. Strong communication skills and independence are essential for success in this US-shift environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Fluent in English required.
• Experience with S4 Hana and SAP preferred.
• Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of the OTC process.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Apply cash received to customer accounts or follow up with customers regarding past‑due payments.
• Assist with incoming customer payment allocation requests.
• Initiate customer refund requests.
• Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits.
• Process and reconcile accounts receivables and remittances.
• Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies.
• Create regular reports to track financial information.
• Test new implementations and changes to the SAP system environment.
• Follow up on remittances and adjustments in payments like WHT, Forex impact.
