Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of work experience in collections, credit, banking, or related field.
• Experience with automation tools and process improvement is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall team metrics and performance.
• Mentor and coach team to resolve aged issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners and escalate as needed.
• Serve as SME and frontline contact for the manager.
• Conduct regular account reviews and drive resolution of problematic cases.
• Lead escalation reviews and meetings with collectors and partners.
• Provide feedback for training and performance reviews.
• Monitor technical competence and lead by HP Way Now leadership attributes.
