Tata Consultancy Services in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting and finance operations, ensure integrity of financial reporting, and partner with senior leadership on business decisions.

You will oversee month-end close, statutory reporting under IFRS and local standards, treasury, AR/AP, payroll, and internal controls while driving process improvements and staff development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in IFRS/NIF.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts to guide decisions.
• Oversee treasury, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general accounting functions.
• Strengthen internal controls and support audits and regulatory reporting.
