MVC Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant in Toluca to oversee core accounting activities, including close processes, reconciliations, and controls. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in line with IFRS and internal control frameworks.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Accounting, you will mentor staff, drive process improvements, coordinate with auditors, and manage financial systems such as Oracle and Vision to deliver audit-ready documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA or equivalent) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ETL accounting processes ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end close for timely reporting.
• Monitor close timelines, IT issues, and change requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines.
• Review and maintain accounting configurations to align with standards.
• Coordinate with auditors, Internal Audit and SOX teams for audit readiness.
• Support remediation of audit findings and compliance reviews.
• Oversee administration of SUNGL, Oracle, IFRS solutions.
• Lead and coach team members in resolving recurring issues.
