Richemont, a leader in luxury and craftsmanship, seeks a senior Channel Sales Manager in Mexico (Jalisco) to lead direct, online, and retail sales channels. You will design and drive channel strategies, negotiate with partners, and train support teams to achieve growth targets.

The role requires a Master’s degree with extensive supervisory experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset to expand market share while preserving Richemont’s heritage across maisons.

Formación

• Master’s Degree or equivalent level of education required.
• Extensive experience enabling the job holder to handle most situations and advise others.
• Experience supervising junior colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement channel sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and set sales targets; monitor performance to meet goals.
• Manage relationships with channel partners, negotiate contracts, and provide training and support.
