The role requires local language fluency with basic English, strong analytics, and the ability to recruit and develop teammates. You will work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Fluency in local language; English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales and KPIs.
• Analyze daily sales trends to drive real-time business decisions.
• Drive performance through customer service, HR, inventory control, and store appearance.
• Build loyalty via in-store experiences and omni-channel solutions.
• Direct handling of merchandise, shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Ensure efficiency of daily operations and store procedures.
• Complete store audits and maintain loss-prevention standards.
• Manage payroll and scheduling to maximize productivity and meet targets.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized sales floor and fitting room.
