Under Armour in Mexico City is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach teammates, and deliver results across sales and customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to optimize profitability and maintain brand standards on the sales floor.

You will drive team performance, manage schedules, and contribute to omni-channel campaigns while promoting UA’s core values. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (hand-held/mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Responsabilidades
