Under Armour, Inc in Huixquilucan, State of Mexico, is seeking a Full-Time Store Supervisor to coach teammates, support daily operations, and drive results. You will back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandise standards, and help create a high-performance culture.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong selling skills, and the ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends. Local language fluency is required with basic English a plus.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full-time including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Knowledge of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions.
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results.
• Lead and/or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations.
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
• Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately.
• Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve target.
• Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
