You will drive sales and profitability, manage payroll and schedules, coordinate merchandising, and uphold brand standards while supporting omni-channel efforts.

The role requires 18+, high school diploma, 1 year in retail, local language fluency, full-time availability including evenings and weekends.

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Local language fluency; basic English a plus.
• Full-time availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily store operations and coach teammates to deliver results.
• Drive sales, profitability, and key store objectives.
• Analyze sales trends and adjust staffing to maximize productivity.
• Ensure visual standards and brand presentation across the floor.
