Job summary

Under Armour in León, Guanajuato, seeks a Store Manager to run daily operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team. You will own merchandising, customer experience, and store presentation, ensuring targets are met and brand standards are upheld.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, managing payroll and schedules, recruiting and developing teammates, and coordinating omni-channel initiatives.

Qualifications

• Local language fluency required; basic English is a must.
• Ability to interpret analytics and metrics.
• Knowledge of employment laws including local requirements.
• Advanced interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify complex problems and evaluate solutions using logic and reason.
• Demonstrated critical thinking in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales and KPIs.
• Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time strategic decisions.
• Drive performance through customer service, HR, inventory control, and store appearance.
• Build loyalty through in-store experience using data capture and omni-channel solutions.
• Direct handling of merchandise, shipment receipt, floor sets, markdown, and replenishment.
• Oversee and ensure efficiency of all daily operational procedures.
• Complete store audits and shrink results aligning with loss prevention standards.
• Manage payroll and scheduling to maximize productivity and achieve payroll and sales targets.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized sales floor, cash wrap and fitting room.
• Lead the management team through performance management tools.
• Communicate with the management team to align and drive business strategy.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high performing teammates.
