Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team on the sales floor, drive exceptional customer experiences, and manage operations from merchandising to loss prevention. You will own goals, coach staff, and execute strategies to maximize performance.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, optimizing staffing, and maintaining store standards. The role requires local language fluency with basic English, and flexibility for a dynamic retail schedule.

Formación

• Fluency in local language; basic verbal and written English required.
• Ability to interpret analytics and metrics.
• Advanced interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and execute a strategic plan to achieve planned sales and KPIs.
• Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time strategic decisions.
• Drive performance through customer service, inventory control, and store appearance.
• Build loyalty through in-store experience using data capture and omni-channel solutions.
• Direct merchandise handling, shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure audit compliance.
