Job summary

Under Armour Mexico is seeking a Store Manager to lead sales, teams and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive guest experience, merchandising, and payroll planning while meeting KPIs and ensuring loss-prevention standards are upheld.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of management experience in sports/apparel retail, flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Strong analytics and English skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Local language fluency required; plus, basic verbal and written English is a must.
• Ability to interpret analytics and metrics.
• Knowledge of employment laws including compliance with local requirements.
• Advanced interpersonal skills.
• Robust time-management skills.
• Ability to identify complex problems and evaluate solutions using logic and reason.
• Demonstrated critical thinking in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a strategic plan to achieve planned sales and KPIs.
• Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to drive real-time decisions.
• Drive performance through customer service, HR, inventory control, and store appearance.
• Build loyalty with in-store experience using data capture and omni-channel solutions.
• Direct merchandise handling, receipts, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency.
• Manage payroll and scheduling to maximize productivity and sales targets.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized sales floor and back areas.
