• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive results.
• Coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends to inform decisions.
• Manage payroll and scheduling adjustments to maximize productivity.
• Lead merchandising to maintain brand standards and a compelling store presentation.
• Ensure adherence to loss prevention standards and audit results.
• Collaborate on omni-channel efforts through Apps, Social campaigns, and contests.
• Champion UA core competencies and drive teammate engagement.
