Lululemon Athletica in Mexico City is seeking a Key Leader to support the store leadership team, guide Educators, and elevate guest experiences on the sales floor. This role emphasizes leading by example and ensuring a high-performance, guest-centric environment.

You will drive operations, analyze metrics, ensure product presentation standards, coach team members, and champion the brand's values every day. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop salesfloor team members through feedback, coaching, and career guidance.
• Provide recognition and performance documentation to support growth.
• Disseminate product and company knowledge across the team.
• Provide salesfloor leadership, plan coverage, and ensure efficient operations.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and assist with omnichannel programs.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and offer effective purchase solutions.
• Move dynamically on the floor to support business needs and guests.
