Formación

• 1 year people management experience (including recruiting, hiring, and holding employees accountable to performance expectations)
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including experience with retail scheduling and management of labor hours and managing projects or processes

Responsabilidades

• Lead store leadership team and drive store performance
• Own hiring strategy and develop team through feedback, coaching and performance management
• Deliver world-class guest experience and manage in-store operations to support store strategy
• Plan and execute local community initiatives and maintain brand relationships
• Manage store P&L, inventory levels, visual merchandising, and quarterly/seasonal planning
