Lululemon Athletica in Mexico is seeking a Key Leader to join the store leadership team. This role guides Educators, drives guest experiences, and oversees floor operations while modeling exceptional service and leadership.

You will analyze store metrics, plan coverage, coach teammates, and ensure seamless omnichannel transactions, restocking, and product presentation to maintain a premium guest experience.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in retail or guest-facing environments.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and act on insights.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coaching, feedback, and career path guidance to team members.
• Plan salesfloor coverage and support an outstanding guest experience.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Open and close the store following checklists and safety policies.
• Maintain product presentation and restock as needed; support omnichannel programs.
