Lululemon in Mexico City is seeking a Key Leader to join the store leadership team. This role guides Educators, supports guest experiences, and oversees daily floor operations to ensure exceptional service and smooth store execution.

Responsibilities include coaching, recognizing performance, maintaining product knowledge, planning coverage, and using store data to adjust plans. You will move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs while upholding the brand's standards and safety

Formación

• Minimum one year of retail/sales leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and coach Educators to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support store team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Open/close the store and oversee daily floor operations.
• Utilize data and KPIs to guide decisions and priorities on the floor.
• Coordinate with Educators on product knowledge and store standards.
• Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy environment for guests and team.
