Lululemon Athletica in Cabo San Lucas seeks a Key Leader to guide the salesfloor team and elevate guest experiences daily. You will lead by example, coach Educators, and oversee operations to ensure smooth store performance and a premium shopping environment.

You will analyze store metrics, plan coverage, support omnichannel programs, and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience leading a retail team and driving guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide salesfloor leadership to team members, including planning salesfloor coverage and decisions to maintain efficiency.
• Support team members with ensuring a great guest experience that values guests’ time and needs.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Resolve guest feedback and address guest concerns or escalations to make it right for guests.
• Move dynamically on the floor to fulfill business, team, and guest needs.
• Review business data and metrics to evaluate progress toward goals.
