• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and coach Educators to drive performance and growth.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences and support omnichannel programs.
• Oversee store floor operations, product presentation, and safety compliance.
• Review business data and adjust plans to hit store goals and KPIs.
• Open/close the store according to procedures and manage team tasks.
