Under Armour, Inc. is hiring a Store Supervisor in Monterrey, Mexico. You will coach teammates, support daily operations, and drive results, backing up the Assistant Store Manager. The role focuses on maintaining standards and fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, optimizing product presentation, and ensuring compliance with loss prevention measures while delivering excellent customer service and training for the team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Knowledge of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time business decisions.
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves for optimal presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit results.
• Lead or rotate ownership of areas like Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain cross-functional experience.
• Provide customers with detailed product information and guidance.
• Communicate priorities and KPI targets to sales teammates to hit goals.
• Support store and regional leadership and HR during onboarding and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
