Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery and solution design as a core platform team member.
• Define functional designs aligned with guardrails, standards, and architecture direction.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, admins, and offshore delivery partners to ensure correct implementation.
• Facilitate design workshops and communicate trade-offs, risks, and design rationale.
