Job summary

Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office is seeking a Staff ServiceNow Systems Analyst to join the ServiceNow Platform Team and help define and deliver a multi-year modernization of our ServiceNow platform, including a greenfield implementation. This is a solutions-focused role, emphasizing design governance and cross-functional collaboration rather than hands-on admin work.

You will work with ServiceNow architects, developers, administrators, and offshore partners to shape platform

Qualifications

7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience across ITSM, SPM, APM/EA, IRM, HAM, SPO, Now Assist and core platform capabilities.
5+ years leading major ServiceNow initiatives and programs.
Experience supporting either fresh ServiceNow implementations or modernization of legacy environments into greenfield architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements discovery, process analysis and solution design for the ServiceNow Platform Team.
Define functional designs aligning with guardrails, standards and architectural direction.
Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers to ensure design intent is understood and implemented.
Promote out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities and AI-first design to reduce debt and accelerate delivery.
Engage with business stakeholders, guiding requirements through solution decisions and trade-offs.
Drive platform enablement, post-go-live optimization and adoption of new releases.
