Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico City is seeking an Engineer II, Systems Reliability Engineering to provide technical leadership for product creation and Master Data operations across FlexPLM, DaVinci, Infor Nexus and MDM services.

As an individual contributor and technical lead, you will guide engineers, coordinate complex investigations and improve reliability through automation and disciplined practices. This role reports to the LATAM SRE manager and involves collaboration across product,

Qualifications

5+ years of IT production support or SRE experience.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering or related field.
Experience with PLM, MDM or enterprise data is a plus.
Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, queues, batch processing and data flows.
Experience with ITSM, RCA, automation and AI tool validation.

Responsibilities

Lead complex production investigations across applications, APIs, middleware, queues, batch processes and file feeds.
Coordinate incident resolution, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Translate service objectives into actionable monitoring and data-integrity checks.
Identify capacity constraints and priorities for the regional manager.
Provide technical mentoring and coordinate staffing or performance concerns.
